Quite stressful as there was a degree of sales pressure in some of the correspondence which for me is unwanted and actually puts me off. I asked about choosing a reg but was just allocated one even though I was told someone would contact me about it.

Service is good if you get the right people to handle your servicing needs. Overflow system to handle calls is appalling, you never get phoned back and you need to use the MINI app of the car to understand when the work is done.
